Peabody recorded 14 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, eight with disclosed sale prices ranging from $426,000 to $795,000 and a median of $715,000. The top sale was 49 Blaney Ave Lot B at $795,000. Fairview Avenue had two transfers, both without disclosed prices.
