Peabody Home Sales Top Out At $885,000 In Late September Deed Filings
Fifteen Peabody property transfers were recorded at the Essex County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26. Of those, eight carry a sale price, ranging from $525,000 to $885,000 with a median of $661,500; the remaining seven show price not yet available, typical for recently filed deeds. The top sale was 48 Franklin St at $885,000, sold Sept. 25. Several of the unpriced transfers appear to move property within the same family or into a trust. No single street saw more than one sale this period, and most addresses carried condo-style unit or lot designations.
