Peabody home sales span $331,000 to $725,000 as trust transfers dominate quiet-price month
Essex County deed records show 15 Peabody property transfers recorded between July 31 and Aug. 29, though only nine listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $331,000 to $725,000, with a median of $565,000. The month's top sale was 406 Pine Brook Dr., Unit 28, which went from Cassandra Marie Hughes to Jose Humberto Vazquez for $725,000. All six transactions without a disclosed price involved a trust as buyer or seller, several pairing matching family names between grantor and grantee. Four of the 15 sales were condominium units. No street had more than one recorded sale.
