Recorded prices ranged from $331,000 to $725,000, with a median of $565,000. The month's top sale was 406 Pine Brook Dr., Unit 28, which went from Cassandra Marie Hughes to Jose Humberto Vazquez for $725,000. All six transactions without a recorded price involved a trust as buyer or seller, several pairing matching family names between grantor and grantee. Four of the 15 sales were condominium units. No street had more than one recorded sale.
