Peabody Oak Street Sale Tops $1.1 Million in Active September Stretch
Peabody recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Of those, seven have a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $500,000 to $1,100,000, with a median of $649,000. The period's top sale was 23 Oak St, Lot 7, which sold for $1,100,000 on Sept. 18, from Edward J. Arsenault, trustee, to Paone Mechanical Inc. Eight transfers have no price yet available, a normal data lag rather than a sign either party withheld terms; six of those appear to be transfers from an individual into a trust bearing a related name. Sales spanned 15 different streets with no geographic cluster.
