Peabody Sees 14 Property Transfers in Late July, August Recording Period

Peabody recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, 2026, with disclosed prices on nine deeds ranging from $546,000 to $905,000 and a median of $745,000. The top sale was 4 Raymond Cir, Lot 90, at $905,000, sold by Susan T. Bradshaw to Jeffrey January. Five transfers, including two adjoining Andover Street parcels sold together to Catawba Associates Peabody LLC, carried no disclosed price. Several other transfers moved property through trusts or estates within the same family. The disclosed sales clustered fairly evenly across three price tiers from under $700,000 to over $800,000, with no single street dominating the period's activity.
