Peabody's high school building committee postponed a vote on construction delivery method. Chair Beverly Griffin Dunn led the 11th meeting, where HMFH Architects introduced its team and a draft schedule with a citywide vote in April 2028. PMA Associates said Construction Manager at Risk typically costs about 5 percent to 8 percent more than design-bid-build but "makes a ton of sense" given the occupied site.
A member asked to wait for the mayor, and the discussion will continue next meeting. The committee approved minutes from March 11 and May 21, 2026.
