Planning Board · Meeting of April 2, 2026

PEABODY — The Planning Board endorsed a lot-line plan for the former Luigi's Restaurant property at 117 Lynnfield Street. Members voted 5-0 in a roll call to endorse the approval-not-required plan prepared by Eastern Land Survey Associates for ETS Linfield Street, LLC. It combines lot two with adjacent land of Thomas and Emily Holden and notes that the building at 117 Lynnfield Street is to be demolished.

Tom Holden told the board the change moves the line 10 feet into the neighboring lot. The board also deferred the March 19 minutes for lack of enough eligible voting members.
