Planning Board · Meeting of March 19, 2026

PEABODY — The Peabody Planning Board continued a lot-line plan for 117 Linfield Street after the applicant failed to appear. ETS Linfield Street, LLC sought endorsement of a Dec. 8, 2025 plan that would shift about 3,179 square feet to adjacent property owned by Thomas and Emily Holden in an R1B district. After waiting the 10 minutes its rules call for, the board voted unanimously to carry the item to its next meeting.

Members had weighed acting without the presenter, with one calling it "a certain gray area" and another warning of a "weird precedent." The board earlier approved the March 5 minutes unanimously and adjourned with no other business on the agenda.
