Peabody Youth Soccer confirmed it will not run an in-town program for 7th and 8th graders this fall, even as registration opened for the league's youngest players.

PEABODY -- Peabody Youth Soccer's website said this week that it "will not be offering an in-town soccer program for 7th & 8th grade players this fall."

TOWN -- Tiny Tanners registration, for players ages 3 to 5, is now open, with Peabody Youth Soccer directing families to the Peabody Recreation website for details.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- Peabody Youth Soccer said its Grade 5/6 boys and girls division remains full, with interested families still directed to a waitlist through coordinator Kendra Patterson at kpatterson5577@gmail.com. The Fall 2026 season begins Sept. 12 and 13, and the league has scheduled a coaches meeting for Sept. 8 at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom.
