PEABODY --

YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Peabody Azzurri 8th Grade Girls Soccer Team is partnering with Gina's Giving Back to collect nonperishable food items for Thanksgiving, with a collection box at the blue shed from Sept. 26 to Nov. 6, according to the Peabody Youth Soccer Association website. Questions can be directed to Coach Pina at gdavan@yahoo.com. The association's site also continues to list a used-cleats donation and pickup program at the concession stand, where families can drop off gently used cleats or take a pair at no cost.

Separately, the Peabody Youth Lacrosse Association's website lists 2026 spring registration as open.
