Peabody Youth Soccer Association opens its Fall 2026 season and lines up a Revolution outing with free transportation for early sign-ups.

PEABODY --

YOUTH LEAGUES -- The Peabody Youth Soccer Association's Fall 2026 season began Sept. 12 and 13, according to the association's website.

The association is also organizing "Peabody Soccer Night," an outing to see the New England Revolution host Chicago Fire FC. PYSA said it will provide free transportation for the first 82 people to sign up, and asked families to email Andy Tighe at atighe501@yahoo.com to secure a spot.

Separately, the soccer association is running a used-cleats donation and pickup program: families with gently used cleats are asked to leave them in a donation box outside the concession stand, and any player or family in need of cleats can take a pair from the box at no cost, no questions asked.

The association also flagged two new statewide requirements for the fall: updated Mass Youth Soccer player and adult registration waivers for 2026-27, and two free coach-education videos from Massachusetts Youth Soccer covering safeguarding, player development and coach-referee cooperation that the association said are required viewing for all town travel and club coaches.
