The period's top sale was 4 Antrim Rd, Lot 131, which sold for $850,000 on July 31, followed closely by 25 Diane Rd at $815,000. Antrim Road saw two sales in the period, the only street with more than one recorded transaction. Five of the 14 transfers were condominium units, and four had no price recorded yet, including three apparent transfers of property into a trust held by the same owner.
