Peabody Home Prices Range From $347,000 To $850,000 In Late-July Sales

Peabody recorded 14 property sales from July 3 to Aug. 1, with 10 disclosing a sale price ranging from $347,000 to $850,000 and a median of $660,000. The period's top sale was 4 Antrim Rd, Lot 131, which sold for $850,000 on July 31, followed closely by 25 Diane Rd at $815,000. Antrim Road saw two sales in the period, the only street with more than one recorded transaction. Five of the 14 transfers were condominium units, and four did not disclose a price, including three apparent transfers of property into a trust held by the same owner.
